End of DJGPP. Welcome HX.

This is shame on me, but I could not build Wine on DJGPP. I have just noticed that it has very strange way of loading PE. I don't know how I can fix it, so I decided to move back to HX-DOS Extender and by developments of it by using Open Watcom C++. I will try to implement high-level graphics, especially SHELL32.DLL and USER32.DLL. This should noticeably increase appearance of current HX.
